City of Tustin Senior Grocery Card Program
The City of Tustin is introducing the Senior Grocery Gift Card Program to help meet the nutritional needs of Tustin residents 65 years or older who may be experiencing food insecurity as they continue to shelter in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Using funds from the Federal CARES Act, the program will provide eligible seniors with a total of $150 in gift cards from local grocery stores. Delivery and/or transportation options are available. Applications will be accepted from Tustin residents on a first come, first serve basis until available funds have been exhausted. Gift cards may only be used on food items and non-alcoholic beverages.
To apply for the Senior Grocery Card Program, fill out the application below and drop off the completed form at Tustin Area Senior Center, 200 South C Street, Tustin, CA 92780.
