Dan Trznadel currently serves as CFO for a startup waste-to-energy company based in Irvine, CA. He previously served as CFO/Controller for Private Access, Inc., a privacy technology company in Irvine, CA, and as CFO for SBN.com, an internet yellow pages company in Newport Beach, CA.
Mr. Trznadel started his career developing tax software for Arthur Andersen & Company, the world’s largest accounting firm, where he developed tax software and was the Chief Designer of a product named PC Magazine’s Product of the Year. He has five years of extensive transaction experience with Platinum Equity, a private equity fund. Additionally, he has eight years of experience with several bulge bracket investment banks including Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers and ING Barings, where he completed over 30 debt, equity, project finance and M&A transactions generating investment banking fees of $130 million.
Mr. Trznadel has an MBA with distinction from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with a Bachelors of Science degree in accounting.
Mr. Trznadel has been a CPA (currently Inactive) since 1986. He also currently serves
as Tustin Chamber of Commerce Chairman of the Board.
