Diana is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton with a BA in Communications. She currently works for Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA, the public agency that built and operates Orange County’s Toll Roads).

In her role as Community Relations Liaison, she is responsible for communicating to the public about the Agency’s projects and initiatives. She also works closely with elected officials, community and business leaders and other stakeholders to garner support to fulfill the Agency’s mission to improve mobility in the region.
