John Forbes is originally from New York. In 1968 he moved to Ventura, California. John has lived in Tustin since 1995.
Having a degree in Accounting, John has worked for small and medium sized companies for over 10 years working as a corporate accountant. He started his bookkeeping business in 2009 because he enjoys helping small businesses with their financial reporting. His goal is to help small businesses increase profits, reduce taxes and manage their cash flow.
John has been a member of the Tustin Chamber of Commerce since 2009. He served as an Ambassador for one year and is currently the CFO.

Jeffrey Hakim began his professional career after earning his BA in Economics from the University of California, Irvine in 1998. After taking some time to travel, he was quickly recruited by Siemens Enterprise Networks in San Francisco to work as an Account Executive and Business Consultant. After three years, Jeff decided to relocate back to Orange County and once there, he began to work in Commercial Real Estate.
In 2000, Jeff began working as a Senior Associate for an Orange County based commercial real estate firm where he was responsible for business development, managing client transactions, and client follow-up. After finding success in the Commercial Real Estate arena, Jeff was recruited by Vantage Real Estate in 2006 to lead their Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Division.
Currently, Jeff is responsible for the management and development of Vantage Real Estate Solutions’ commercial brokerage services in Southern California which specializes in Tenant Representation. As the President of Commercial Services, he runs the day-to-day operations of the division which includes employee management, business development, client management, and recruiting.

I am an active community member and have lived in the lovely city of Tustin for over twenty five years.
I am a Board member for the Tustin Chamber of Commerce and in 2012 was awarded by the Chamber as Ambassador of the Year for my outstanding service to the community. I am also on the Tustin Community Foundation Advisory Council and chaired the annual Easter Pancake Breakfast.

Lindburgh M. McPherson

Lindburgh M. Mc Pherson grew up in the San Gabriel Valley. He currently works for RSI/Medic-1 Ambulance Services located in the San Gabriel Valley where he has served as the Business Development Manager for the past 10 years. His responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with hospitals and other institutions. He is responsible for the development and procurement of contracts with managed care, hospitals and other entities. As a result of his efforts, RSI/Medic-1 has become the premier non-emergency ambulance company in the San Gabriel Valley with contracts with all major hospitals and managed care providers.
Prior to RSI/Medic-1, McPherson, was employed by Ramona Care Center where he served as the Director of Business Development. He brings with him a wealth of experience in the field of health care marketing and public relations. Specializing in start up health care related businesses, he has shown expertise in getting these new entities the type of exposure to ensure their success. He currently serves as a marketing/public relations consultant for several health care related organizations.
With respect to community development activities, he has participated as an active member in the Chamber of Commerce in 2 cities in the San Gabriel Valley. In addition, he is actively involved on a board and/or major fund-raising committee member in numerous philanthropic endeavors such as the California Association of Health Care Facilities, the Arcadia Methodist Hospital Foundation, Huntington Hospital Foundation, Make a Senior Smile, National Marrow Donor Registry, American Red Cross, The Delores Mission, Tustin Community Foundation and Tustin Area Historical Society to name a few.
In his free time, he enjoys searching for and collecting interesting and unusual Objet d’art. He and his partner moved to Tustin almost 6 years ago after painstakingly restoring Wilcox Manor they have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for local charities by opening their home and hosting numerous events and private dinner parties.

Professional Bio
As the Chief Executive Officer of WHW, Janie leads the organization with the primary responsibilities of Fundraising, Board Development, Finance and Community Development. Janie has been instrumental in growing and diversifying the WHW Board of Directors working with them to provide leadership to WHW, creating awareness of and focus on the mission and resource development.
With over 20 years of non-profit leadership and management experience, working with organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America and the YMCA, Janie promotes a collaborative and open communication atmosphere among board, staff, volunteers and external audiences. With a strong focus on fund development and collaborative partnerships, Janie is leading the organization in a strategic direction to fulfill its mission of achieving economic self sufficiency for the clients served by WHW.
A long time Rotarian, Janie serves as President-Elect of the Rotary Club of Huntington Beach. Janie also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Tustin Chamber of Commerce and leads the Ambassador Committee, is an Advisory Board Member for the John Henry Foundation, and is the Membership Chair for Sea Scout Ship Triton.
Janie was honored in 2012 by the Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce, receiving the “Nonprofit Person of the Year” at their annual Difference Makers luncheon. She also received the Athena Leadership Award, a national recognition from the Huntington Beach Chamber of Commerce in 2012.
