Bill was raised in Massachusetts. He graduated from UMass with an Engineering Degree and then from the University of Texas with a Masters in International Business Management. In 1997, he moved from Dallas to California with his wife, Tammy.
Later, after over 30 years in the high-tech industry, Bill made the decision to start his own business focused on manufacturing signs and vehicle graphics. Black Parrot Sign Studio opened in early 2015 in the City of Tustin and the company went on to win the Chamber’s Business of the Year award.
Bill tries to be as involved as possible in the Tustin community. He is a member of the local Rotary Club, Elks Club, Police Chief’s Advisory Board and the Big Brothers, Big Sisters organization. He is especially involved with the Tustin Chamber of Commerce and is honored to currently serve as their Chairman.
